Refund policy

We at The Stock Market realize that returns are no fun but necessary.
Therefore, we try to make it as painless as possible. The Stock Market also
realizes you are shopping for your animals. We realize they are not always
satisfied with the food or treats. So The Stock Market guarantees every
food we sell. If you or your pet are not happy with your choice, we will replace,
or give you an in-store credit for your purchase. Just bring us the receipt and
the unused portion of the product within 30 days, and we will replace it or
credit you for another product in the store.

In the case of hay and feed, we need the product in the unused portion to be in
the same condition it left the store—not damaged or left out in the weather
please. 

Other items can be returned within 30 days with a receipt if they have not been
used. The exception to this is as follows:
*vaccines—State law prohibits us from returning these.
*sales items that have been discounted 50% or more
*special orders
*live animals such as chicks
*Equine bits that have been used. State law prohibits their return because of
disease possibilities. We suggest you measure the bit against one you are using
to test for fit.

If you have an item that was received damaged or not working properly that is
returnable for exchange or refund with a receipt.

If you do not have your receipt, but you have a rewards card with us, we should
be able to retrieve your purchase, and a receipt would not be necessary. Otherwise returns that do not have a receipt or exceed 30 days or have other issues
require a manager for return.
